Zenborg Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Zenborg (“the app”) is developed by Lukasz Kubow (Zenborg Technologies) (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy transparently explains what data the app handles and why.

🛡️

Summary: Local-First by Design

Zenborg is a desktop application that runs directly on your computer. It does not collect analytics, does not track you, and does not send your projects, code, chats, or settings to our servers.

01Data Stored on Your Computer

The application stores all operational data locally, strictly inside its local data folder on your computer:

  • Your projects list, configurations, and environment settings;
  • Chat sessions, agent loop execution history, and terminal logs;
  • Restore points (snapshots of project folders you explicitly choose);
  • Usage statistics: token counts and run times per agent;
  • Your license key, if you enter one.

This data never leaves your computer through Zenborg. You can permanently erase it at any time simply by deleting the application's local data directory.

02AI Providers You Connect

Zenborg orchestrates AI agent tools that you install and sign in to yourself, such as Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Hermes, Gemini / Antigravity, or browser-based assistants.

When you instruct an agent to complete a task, that tool transmits your prompt and the necessary files directly to its respective provider (for example, Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) under that provider's terms of service and privacy policy.

✓ Zenborg does not intercept, relay, or store a copy of your codebase or prompts on any server of ours. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of the specific AI providers you choose to authenticate.

03Optional Features That Use the Network

Google NotebookLM

If you connect it, agents query your notebooks through Google's NotebookLM tools, authenticated exclusively with your own Google account.

Isolated Computer

If you enable it, agents may browse websites or run web automation strictly from a local Docker container on your machine.

Offline License Verification

License keys are verified cryptographically offline on your computer (using Ed25519 public key cryptography). No verification request is sent to our servers.

App Updates

When installed from the Microsoft Store, the Store manages and delivers all updates. The application does not contact us for update telemetry.

04Purchases & Payment Processing

If you purchase a Zenborg license, the financial transaction is handled securely by our authorized secure payment processors. They process your payment details under industry-standard security protocols. We receive only your email address and order confirmation details in order to deliver your license key, fulfill your order, and provide customer support.

05Children's Privacy

Zenborg is developer software not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

06Your Rights (GDPR & Data Control)

Because your project data, chats, and configurations stay on your personal device, you have direct, unilateral control over your information at all times.

For any inquiries regarding your purchase records, or to exercise statutory rights under GDPR (such as access, rectification, portability, or deletion of order data), please contact us at [email protected].

07Policy Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the latest revision took effect.
